Sublime Security Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://sublimesecurity.com website (a marketing and corporate website), Sublime Email Security Platform (a series of email plug-ins), Sublime Threat Dashboard (a web dashboard used by security administrators for responding to email threats), emailrep.io (a web service that allows you to find the reputation of an email address), and the EmailRep API (an API for emailrep.io). Together these are the "Service" or our "Services".
When you're using our website, we track your usage which includes statistics such as which pages you visit and how long you look at them. This information may include but is not limited to IP address, geolocation information, browser type and information about the use of our website, including a history of the pages you view.
If you create an account, we ask for information including but not limited to: your email, your name or what company you work for. All this information is used to personalize your experience or send you onboarding emails and invoices. In addition to storing and retrieving data, we carry out necessary processing to generate reports and alerts on your behalf To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs) To improve our website, email plug-ins, and other services like EmailRep (we continually strive to improve our service based on the information and feedback we receive from you) To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service and support needs)

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
